2023 COVID Business Tax Relief Consultant: ERTC Eligibility Service Announced

This assessment service asks only 10 short questions and requires no proprietary business information to determine if the owner of a business may still qualify for ERTC refunds. With the latest updates from ERTC Guy, employers will also receive an approximation of the amount they may be able to claim, with no cost or obligation.

Although the ERTC program ended several years ago, many employers may still be eligible for as much as $26,000 per employee in rebates, which never need to be repaid. The updated assessment and claims report from ERTC Guy can help employers determine if they qualify, maximize their rebates, and complete their claims before the deadline of the program.

The assessment includes several changes to the ERTC program which have expanded the eligibility and increased the amount available to be claimed. Employers can use this eligibility checking tool even if they were previously disqualified from the ERTC program due to several reasons, such as having too many employees or having already enrolled in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

With the latest changes, employers can qualify with up to 500 W-2 employees, regardless of their PPP loan status. However, unlike other pandemic relief programs, the ERTC provides a one-time payout that is not a deferral or loan, never requires repayment, and has no restrictions on how it can be spent.

Employers that have already made a claim for part of the ERTC program, such as claiming rebates for 2020, can still use this service to make another claim. Businesses that claim the maximum allowable rebate may be eligible for as much as $5000 per employee for 2020, and up to $21,000 per employee for 2021.

Eligible employers can use the complete ERTC report to determine how to file a claim themselves, or they can access a fast application service included in the report to receive assistance from ERTC specialists.

A spokesperson for ERTC Guy explained, “This is a no-cost service to find out if you qualify, and there is no obligation of any kind to proceed with your claim. Some clients have received as much as $773,000 that they never have to repay.”
